Pre-requisite Poly Beginner I, easily relaxes in water, swim width of pool in prone position, and width of pool on back. Students belted for maximum of 2 classes to review correct body position. Skills taught: review of Poly Beginner I skills plus swim width of pool on their front and winging on back, American crawl arm and leg stroke.  Introduced to rhythmic breathing.  Advance to Poly Beginner III.
