Having a will is important to everyone. Without one, the laws of Minnesota and a judge will make all of your decisions.  If you do not want this to happen, join us to learn about estates and wills and complete a legal will during class.  Receive instructions and a professionally prepared form (designed for individual use) and have access to witnesses and a notary. Couples cannot share this form, each person must register individually.  This class is approporiate for persons with an estate of less than $700,000 including life insurance and who do not own a business.  Prior to class, review information that will be sent to you.
