Class Availability: Generally, online registration deadlines are a minimum of one week prior to the activity start date to allow for administrative processing. If the class you are interested in is listed as closed or it is past the registration deadline, please do not hesitate to contact Community Education at 763-792-6100 as there may still be space available.

4 user-friendly ways to register:
- By fax: Complete a registration form, including credit card information, and fax to 763-792-6113.
- By mail: Complete a registration form and return it with check payable to District 12 or credit card information to: Centennial Community Education, 4707 North Road, Circle Pines, MN 55014
- In person/drop box: Complete a registration form and deliver to Centennial Community Education offices or 24-hour drop box located on the main campus between the district administrative building and the Performing Arts Center left of door entrance B2. Community Services' office hours are 9:30 a.m. - 3 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
- Online: Select your classes, log-in, and complete your registration.
If you have registered for a class in the past an online account has already been established with your information. Do not register as a new user or you will create a duplicate account. If you have accidently created a new account, please contact 763-792-6100 so we can merge the two accounts.
If you have provided us with an e-mail address, that address has been established as your log-in user name. You should have received a computer generated e-mail assigning you with a password. If not, please click on 'forgot password'.
If you have NOT provided us with an e-mail address, please call us so we can attach your e-mail address to your online account.
If you have never registered for a class, please create a new account for you and your family.
Confirmations: To receive a confirmation for all other classes, include a self-addressed, stamped envelope or included your email address on the registration form. Schedules are also available on-line by going to 'My Schedule'.
Cancellations/Refunds: Community Services reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. If a class is cancelled or full, you will be notified and your fee refunded. A 100 percent refund will be made if you cancel 24 hours before the first class session. No refunds thereafter.
Discounts: Fee assistance of up to $25/person per quarter is available. For an application, please call 763-792-6100. UCare Minnesota members may take up to a $15 discount per class on most classes. These discounts cannot be accessed online. Please send in a registration form and include your UCare ID number on the form.
Transportation: No transportation provided unless noted.
Photo policy: There are occasions when representatives of District 12 and/or the media photograph or videotape students while in school or attending/participating in school sponsored functions. Parents/guardians not wanting their child to be identified in photographs or on videotape should notify, in writing, the pricipal's office of the school their child attends.
Inclement weather/emergencies: When the regular school day is cancelled because of inclement weather or emergencies, Community Education classes and activities are also cancelled. Call the school closing line at 763-792-6030 for updates, watch or listen to local T.V. and/or radio stations, or visit the district website at www.isd12.org.
